Oil change was completed promptly and even though the waiting area was crowded no one was complaining about time The donuts were a surprise touch but hot tea/and or cocoa should be offered as is hot coffee Thanking you for your courteous service

My appointment was at 10am, I didn’t get my car back til 4:00 pm. You guys are overbooking appointments. If I didn’t have a ride and had to wait 6 hours in the lobby I would’ve been really upset.
