Ashley was pretty nice. I’m just more upset that I already received a car I really don’t care for because it wasn’t the initial car I was planned to have since the other one wasn’t ready on the date I was told it would be. Only reason I got it was because couldn’t be without a car any longer and I was told it was the only other option I had. Just received the car 2-3 weeks ago and it already has problems with the brakes. Should of known there would be problems when it has over 120,000 on it which I was embarrassed on telling my family and friends about. Made a appointment for the brakes to get looked at and see why they squeak so loud just to find out I was suppose to have a “pink slip” so that I wouldn’t get charged. Ok, didn’t know that. So I sit for 4 hours until I’m told “the guy is about to go on lunch then he will start working on your car afterwards.” So then after another 3 hours. (I came at 8 like my appointment, then didn’t get my car until 2). Had to cancel my job interview because I didn’t think it would take that long.

Darryl Green and staff have gone above and beyond and appreciated that they knew not missing any work from both jobs and made it happen. I only have every other Tuesday late afternoon to come in and they made sure that even though I couldn’t get a rental because of the $250 credit card hold in my name, I don’t have credit cards and my debit didn’t have amount on it till get paid on Friday. So they shuttle me over to work and picked me back up and serviced my car and had ready when I got off work. Again, they took my need into consideration and had no problem making it happen. Very much appreciated. Everyone is nice and understanding.
