Shop was rude as always including the manager no helping solution my car battery system Went out haven’t even had the car a fUll year., I just might be giving the car back to Johnny londoff. I thought better of Johnny londoff I guess I was wrong. Horrible car experience i will be reaching out to Johnny londoff if no one calls me

Appointment at 10:00 didn’t order part, call for ride went home, said will call when ready did call , I call two time to see ready, some no answer, got ride there , said go to cashier to get keys no key , went to manager of service , did no were order or key were , I said that on on desk , no good service for small job

I told Mike that I needed a call on my cell when my cars oil change was completed. I had a 2pm appointment. When 5:15 rolled around I called the service department. It had been done for quite some time, the cashier said. Seems strange.
