Michelle is friendly, knowlegagable cares about the Customer. She has been excellent in all our dealinges in different jobs at Scism.
I am not happy with the Service Department.
Email from Sam Scism says “The Works” oil change for $43.95 so I scheduled today and when it was time to pay it was in the $90’s when I asked why I was told it was for Gas Engines only, that was not stated in the email so pretty misleading.
Everything seems to be good.
We were very happy with our service.

I specifically ask them to look at a slow leaking tire...they did a lot to my vehicle...but not that
They did not fix the problem. They stated that there was nothing wrong with the system. I drive the car almost everyday, and the system shuts down while I am driving the vehicle. I would be happy to ride with mechanic in my car to show them the problem. This is the second time I have brought the car in for the same problem. The first time they replaced a part, and it did not fix the problem. I will bring it back again when it happens again.
We have always enjoyed our experiences with the Ford brand at Scism. However Ford does not offer an electric vehicle that suits our needs. We have decided to make our new car purchases with Tesla.

Went to pick up our vehicle and the check engine light was still on. Just a little disappointed that they would not check that before they gave it back to us.

I asked a simple task to mount the front license plate bracket, to which they did but what bothered me was they couldn’t even take a rag and wipe the bugs off first! They went rite over them!
