Too much money for a poor service. I had to wait 3 hours just to fined out what was wrong with my Carano I had an appointment. I was told my car was going to be ready Saturday afternoon and it wasn't ready till Monday afternoon. Also, you could of have had the courtesy to wash my car. You guys stop doing that.

Yes,I am very sstisfied with the results of my visit. I was happy to learn that once the diagnosis had been made about my car, steps were taken right away to repair the problem. An additional hour was required ,then the job was complete. Thank you

I believe that all of the work was done correctly without any problems and was done expedient. I would have appreciated speaking directly with the service department personnel to hear about the work done and what they thought about my vehicle- was there any other work that needed to be done before the next routine check- up, or a simple " your car is all done without any problems". After spending a significant amount of money, it would have been courteous to have some personal contact for a brief time.
