To Felipe Gaytan. I asked if sunbit was a credit card twice and you only said it was an “application” you fat s**. I had a lot of things going on mentally so I didn’t put in enough attention to what the hell you meant with “no, it’s just an application. Now I see that if I don’t pay off my full bill witching 30 days that then I have to pay a high interest of what I owe. You p**** of s***. Another time I came in for a locked steering wheel problem and one of your old white coworkers tried turning my steering wheel and he looked at me very very very shocked and said “???? oh my gosh… this isn’t normal” so it’s going to cost a couple hundred to fix this issue. So I left without fixing that issue and had my partner help me turn my steering wheel at every turn I needed to take. The following day the steering wheel fixed its self out of the blue. **** your week **** scam team and dirty for sale vehicles in y’all lame **** lot

I love coming into the dealership. Felipe is such a great employee. I appreciate the time and effort he puts into my car and I. I only go there because of him. He needs a raise and to own the dealership already. He is so awesome! I love him! He’s the absolute best.

I was completely satisfied with the service that Edward provided. He is my go to person and has excellent customer service. He listens to the problems that I have with my car goes over and above to see if he can pinpoint prior to send it to service so everybody is well informed what the issues are. Check in keep me posted on the timeframe of when the car is done. And that check out he asked how I’m doing. He remembers my name members. My family and I am so satisfied he is my go to person. Excellent excellent employee. I just love Edward. Thank you.

The service was great but I had to tell the employees that my car was ready. I noticed at 1:30 that someone drove my car to the parking lot in front of the customer waiting area. Finally at 2:00 I went to let someone know that it looked like my car was ready. It had been ready since 1:30. I was finally on my way at 2:20. Employees should probably pay better attention to that. I was the only customer in the waiting area.
