Jamie was awesome! I hope to work with her in the future regarding my vehicle. She is on top of it, made me feel like a priority and worked hard to try and find the tires my truck had. She made communication super convenient with offering texting and she even got me an uber home and back. I trust her!

Entering @7:30 for service, it took for me to ask about my car, purely being diagnosed, to be checked out around 11:30. Had I any idea about the waste of time I'd have made arrangements differently, No thanks to your management. Your signage in service is patronizing, in hind sight. Regretfully I expected more from you. As my first Nissan experience I may Never hope to Ever have another, Honda never let me down so manys ways as Nissan, I do not see Nissan in my future, and I am sorry to have to say it, perhaps it can change.
