There are discrepancies on pricing on the website and at the dealership. It is extremely misleading to lifetime Nissan customers seeking to service their vehicles. I booked an appointment for two services and only one price was honored. I do not wish to be contacted further. I will be servicing my car at another location.

Thanks for taking the time to update the software on my vehicle. However when I initially called a woman told me that it would take about an hour. Then when I arrived I was told by the person helping me that it would be about two to three hours. After waiting for three hours I was then told it would take another hour and a half. The customer should be told up front from the beginning how long the process will take to complete instead of being told something else. There should be more transparency on this issue to the customer.
