I liked how I was sent updates on my car from time of drop off and from start to finish the experience was smooth.
I don’t like when you walk into the service area and all of the employees look up at me then pretend that they are busy and there are no other customers in front of them. They should at least speak and say someone will be with you shortly. Even Waffle House does that. I hate coming in there for that reason

My family owns 3 Kia’s. All purchased at Kia Patterson/Vangaurd. We service our vehicles there as well. Have been with the dealership since 2013. I always fill out these surveys because I want George and his boss to know that he is awesome. When Tim left, he referred us to George and assured us that he would take good care of us. And he has. George is a friend. Someone that we trust. He is the main reason we come back.
