Service contact person was a 5 star. But, I was shown a dirty cabin filter and air filter needing replacement for about $50 each. I declined and went to Walmart and bought replacement filters @ $20 each. Went home and pulled both filters out from car- they each were like new. I F . I feel this was totally dishonest from the dealership and is a scam. Something should be done- a customer is sitting in waiting area and can be deceived like this for about anything. Wonder how many more customers are tricked into buying something they do no need.

The customer service is not great, I usually be have good service but not good, of you are going to tell me it will be done it in a certain time , it should be honored. Person did not check on me and dismissive when I tell home there is a issue . He should be retrained in providing good customer service and professional.

Anthony was very professional and courteous when I arrived for my appointment. This was my first time ever taking a vehicle to a dealership and it was a positive experience. Anthony checked on me while my vehicle was getting serviced and made sure it was clean before handing me back the keys. I will definitely be taking my vehicle to Vanguard Kia of Arlington for future services.

My experience was unbelievable. I was lied to, disrespected and my phone calls were ignored. My father tried calling repeatedly to get answers and was finally told that the dealership does NOT inform customers when their vehicle will be ready. I rented a car because I didn’t have any idea when my car might be ready. It was a financial **** I couldn’t afford. When I picked my car up today it was dirty. Ice cream dropped on my steering wheel and a McDonalds sack in the floorboard. I could go on but you get the point. Until this experience I have always given you guys top ratings. Loved bringing my car in because of the courtesy and great care shown to my vehicle. I feel like I have been through a nightmare. In fairness to Anthony, he wasn’t there Friday or Monday. Whoever took my car to McDonalds I suppose on my 10 mile test drive needs to learn respect for other people’s vehicles. I wonder if they were on the clock or clocked out for lunch? Do employees get to take customer vehicles for their lunch breaks? My question to you is “What happened to the dealership?”

I needed to replace my battery. The dealership stated they did not have one in inventory. And did not know when one would come in. They were unsure. I asked if they could call some of the other Kia dealership to see if they had one. He left, came back stated the other dealership had none either. And They would contact me when one came in. I called the closest dealership to Vanguard Kia and sure enough they had the battery in stock. Was it asking to much to see if another Kia dealership had the battery I needed, instead of lying saying no one had the battery. So disappointed by the bad customer service experience.

We had an appointment on Monday, but dropped the car off on the Saturday before. We had little to no communication with the staff all week. After Wednesday we called everyday for them to tell us someone would call us back and each time no one did. We finally got fed up and just picked up the car Saturday( which was the first day they gave us any info about my car). We still had to wait 40 mins when we got there till we could even leave. We took my car to another shop to get the work done bc the customer service was so ridiculous here. My boyfriend car got service work done at the southwest kia dealership and the customer service was flawless. Idk what’s going on in the service department at this location but it ain’t it.

The Arlington location was beyond what I expected from a dealership..They took very good care of my Optima and myself as well..I had no worries after speaking with Robin and after speaking with Anthony..My next Kia purchase will be at that location..Thanks guys, you definitely went above and beyond!!
