Everything was very excellent, the person who attended me was very friendly and answered all my questions
My service advisor seems shifty and indifferent. He was not overtly rude but he was a poor listener. I kept telling him I didn’t need electronic diagnostic, which cost too much money, simply to know that there was a problem with the buttons on the steering wheel. He finally relented, and he gave me an estimate for 400 and something dollars, which is ridiculous. He also kept the car there for nearly 2 hours only to tell me that the recall work that needed to be done could not be done, that part had to be ordered.
Exceptional service today. Johnathan was great, not only did Jazz drop me off but also picked me up a few hours later. Was very pleasant as well. I test drove the Telluride with Marcus England, also great guy. I came back, vehicle was great, was given all my updated through the inspection, and John gave me honest feedback on some of the recommendations.
George was wonderful once again. So happy with my service.
No mention of rear brake light being out
Once the oil change was done I got into my car and the passenger side of my car was all wet. It appears the window on the passenger side was down enough to let the water get in from the car wash.
Was suppose to also get tires rotated. You would think after waiting 3 hours all requests would be done. They did however do something else to the car ????. Some kind of recall notification or software update??

I was attended quickly, no wait time. Everyone was very courteous and polite. The service was fast considering the amount of volume.
