I have dealt with several people over the years at Van Hyundai and today I was pleasantly surprised with Phil. He was there when he said he would be, he kept me in the loop as my car was being worked on, and he even had it washed before turning it back over to me. Pretty Cool.

When I took delivery of my 2022 Genesis GV 80, only one key fob was available at time of delivery and I was promised the second would be mailed to me. This promise came from my sales rep, the internet Sales Manager and your financial person. I have yet to receive the key fob and was given a very difficult time by Fernando, who identified himself as your Director of Pre-Owned. He told me that ALL the people who made the promise to me were no longer with your company. I bought this car only a month ago! My contentious phone calls with Fernando ended after I asked to speak with the owner or General Manager. Fernando then called me backed saying he had been authorized to ship me a key fob ,as promised. I hope this is true... Any help you can give...thanks. KEITH S

The service performed as part of the contract for the vehicle was not communicated to anyone, once the service had been completed no one informed the customer it was complete and then they hadn’t even completed the entire service. It occurred Tuesday. I received a text letting me know it was ready Thursday afternoon at 2:26 pm. Honestly this whole process has been a disaster. Probably, didn’t even remember the fuel card promised to us for earlier screw ups. Y’all have dropped the ball big time repeatedly.

If the service center is too busy to repair the car please let me know when I make an appointment then I do not have to waste my time. Phil was hung up the phone while I was talking the phone with him. I was planning to buy a new car so before I sell my car I wanted to repair it. after this bad experience with Van Hyundai again I will not buy a car there.
