The service advisors are all great to work with. The actual mechanics need a little help. I’ve had a few remedial issues with the quality of work done by the technicians. The most recent issue is my tires being out of balance and my alignment still being off after having the wheels balanced and rotated and the alignment done no more than 2 days ago. I had to take my car to discount tire - like I always do - to correct the wheel balance. I’ll have to take the car to Firestone to have the alignment corrected. You would think after spending $50 - even though I don’t have to because Discount Tire will do it for free - the tires would “actually” be balanced. Furthermore, after spending $90 for the alignment, the car should track straight, but for some reason it doesn’t. The last car I had aligned at Van Hyundai was my 2017 Genesis G90 Ultimate. I had to take the car in twice because the car still pulled to the right after the first alignment was completed. If I’m being honest, the only reason why I keep servicing my cars at Van Hyundai is because their sales team and service advisors are awesome. Once they get more competent technicians this dealership will be a five star business - in my opinion. I should also note that any issue that I do have after I have my car serviced is addressed promptly.

My vehicle has been at your shop since December. The only time I get an update is when I call and ask to speak to the service manager, with whom I have yet to speak. When might I get my car back????

I think the work they requested was more money than it should be. The labor costs were beyond my expectations. In my opinion it shouldn’t have been more than $500

I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty and when I took my truck in for service because the drivers side door was dropping slightly when opened and you could hear air coming thru when driving. Basically tighten 2 bolts and wanted to charge me $177.00. Ultimately knocked it down to $100.00 which was still way too high for the work that was done and also be told oh sorry your warranty doesn't cover that. Well I guess I know where I won't be buying any of our future vehicles at.

Jenifer was very nice and welcoming, i felt like family!! i was there for a long time but she kept checking on me which i really appreciate! she was awesome, i love her!! made the wait not as long by keeping me up to date on everything that was going on!! 10/10!!

I am completely disappointed. I had a 8:30am appointment to simply get my spark plugs replaced in my 2016 Sonata and a recall that needed to be done. One of the employees tried to convince me to get all the work done at once but I informed her of my financial state and told her I could only afford my spark plugs. I sat in the waiting room for 3hrs just to be told they do not have the parts to fix my spark plugs or the recall that needed to be done on my car. I am beyond disappointed for the simple fact they have waisted my time. When I asked why did it take 3 hours to tell me that, their response was “we were calling every Hyundai place in dfw and no one had it”. Will NOT be returning to them.
