Bad job on front brakes. Had back 3 times. Still have grinding noises. Said rotor wasn't ground right..did 2 more times

Usually they are very good to me but my car is been there more than it has been at home over this past year and today just did not go well I had called you make an appointment in advance so that I would not have to wait long I waited so long in fact that I fell asleep and they still did not repair my vehicle at all
Jenifer is nice and I'm very glad I was switched to her as my service rep instead of Cody, who was condescending and I'm still in disbelief that he forgot to order a part that I needed and paid for, but I simply don't trust Van Hyundai with servicing my car anymore.
I brought mr car in for a simple oil change and was first bombarded with a whole list of recommended Hyundai services totally over $250. I was pretty taken aback by the assumption that I was going to do all that on this visit. My appointment was a 9:30 am and I was informed that service was already behind and it might take two hours for the oil change. I was annoyed with that timeframe. It took over two hours. With so many other options where I would not lose my whole Saturday morning out there, I will have to think twice about bringing car to Van again.
Justin did a great job getting our problems resolved.
I'm completely Satisfied with Cody, he has always took care of my service needs.
I was promised they would reset my service alert, but it wasn't. I even asked several times about this, and was assured it would be. It is still signaling every time I start the car.
