I was charged 25$ for a tire rotation then told I needed new tires. Why rotate the tires if I am replacing them?

Was not informed that using the code reader would cost anything!! Then informed that they get $100 an hour. This was not communicated either! Already had the code and it took 30 seconds to do myself. This is completely ridiculous and shady! A price this high should have been discussed before hand. I will never go back to this facility and I will make sure everyone I know hears about this if a refund is not given!

My oil was changed and tires rotated, )hopefully), but my car was not washed like I asked, and after service person said it really does need it, I thought it’d get done! I don’t always need a car wash, but when I do ask for it, and it’s not done...it was disappointing!
