The repair to my vehicle was incomplete, and obviously so, when I went to pick it up. At first, I was told it would still be ok but I refused to accept the vehicle until the issue was resolved. At least I was not charged for the extra work to complete the repair. In all, my vehicle was in the shop almost two weeks. The delay caused us to have to rent a vehicle for two days during the holidays.

My Camry was being serviced for routine maintenance. I was in and out in about a half an hour. My Camry was checked out and no problems or concerns were found. I am very happy with my Toyota Camry. Thank you very much.

Car has not driven “right” since serviced. Feels sluggish and does not seem to shift correctly. Also gas mileage isn’t what before. I’m also getting very irritated with all the texts. Getting a text telling me my vehicle is ready two days after I was there is ridiculous

When I arrived today they told me I was not scheduled for service even though I received a text message confirming the appointment a week or so ago. They also told me there were others that had come in and had an appointment but were not on the schedule either. They did work me in though.

They eventually got it right after first telling us the lights were fixed and they weren’t (ended up the bumper has to be removed). Then I was charged wrong so I had to call to get my money back. Not sure I have a lot of confidence in the service dept. Everyone apologized and everything was taken care of in the end. I do feel if you work there you should be able to look at the front grill and tell what lights are out.
