Mr.Jumps Was the replica of what customer service use to be.... Very kind considerate,respectful and took time to explain to us and to get David Wills to help me get my phone paired. My all around experience was outstanding.... The business world needs alot more of Mr.Jumps and Mr. Wills...

I feel that the labor fee $20, for changing both of my air filters one Sienna was ridiculous. It took 5 minutes maybe. $25 was for the oil change. The nickel and dime feeling is not appreciated. Hindsight I should have said something to Logan, but I did not.

When I made my appointment I told the girl along with my tuneup I wanted them to also see why my BSM light goes on when there is no car beside me and why my tire pressure gauge doesn’t always work. Once I got there I was told I would have to make another appointment for that, which I don’t understand since I had made an appointment for it to get checked out when I originally called. Once I have used my credit I have their I will not return nor recommend them to my friends.

We got the cabin filter replaced after inspection. There was no new label in the windshield corner. Just the sticky residue left. The cabin filter must be in the glove box area because all the contents of the compartment were left on the seat The sequoia was ran through the car wash, but honestly I couldn’t tell other than the water spots everywhere. On the mirrors, windows, and hood. I am not sure why this all happened this way, but we have never had a negative experience before this.
