It took an extremely long period of time to complete a simple oil change that was pre-scheduled. I know it wasn't even started until qt least 30 minutes after my arrival/appointment time. Friendly service and take good care of the vehicle. Just not respectful of time.

Logan kept me informed as to everything going on with my vehicle. He answered all my questions and was very professional and pleasant. You should be happy this young man represents your company. As a former manager, with the federal courts, I would have definitely hired him or given him the opportunity to move up.

Well as you know there was a mistake on your part. Leaving the window down in the car wash. You did a great job cleaning g up the mess. I has to run a fan all night on my car seats but it’s all good. You predicted my battery was going bad which was a surprise to me. Today a day after my visit after work my car was dead. Had to get jumped came home and my husband changed the battery and it’s all good . If we can avoid problems in the future that would be great. Merry Christmas to you all and happy new year too!
