The man who I paid the money to treated me very poorly, I am a veteran, I simply asked if there was a military discount and he said I don't know, he then continued to ignore me, and the question until I asked him to call management and find out. Then he made me wait again, I understand you guys are tight on money because of covid. I am never coming back to a facility that treats american veterans that way.

We are still figuring out what to do with the car. The dealership is charging us 140 for telling us what we already knew. This is ludicrous and you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Two hours after I left the dealership, my tire light came back on, so that needs to be addressed, as I’ll be going back tomorrow. My only big complaint is that most of the employees do not wear masks and the chairs in the waiting room are so uncomfortable. I know that may seem trivial, but I thought you should be aware that the wait time can be long and those chairs. Ugh Anyway, I did receive good service overall.

Service was courteous and successful. My only issue is the excessive charge to read the trouble code. Although it wasn’t a surprise because I was informed of it prior to the service performed, still I think it is out of line for what is involved.

I asked for an oil change, and only an oil change, I was given a oil change and a 3 point inspection something I did not ask for and did not want nor will I want in the future, I wish to never receive anything other than what I ask for and when next time they add a service I did not ask for I will be calling corporate, thank you
