They didn’t change the oil. This should’ve been done. I also asked for them to wash the car and they didn’t do that either.

Every thing is good Danville Toyota is great I will never give the crooks at Napleton Toyota in Urbana any of my business nor would I recommend Napleton to anybody they are ripping off their customers by up chargeing over msrp on parts and service they need to have their franchise pulled by Toyota they have ruined the reputation of the best car company in the world

Logan and the whole Toyota team were very knowledgeable, friendly helpful and patient with a sometimes confused old man. LOL. They always deliver the best service. It is a joy to work with them. I was satisfied with the ECM update. I only hope that by replacing the O2 sensor we lose the check engine light and the cruise control goes back to working. And also that the traction control light goes out
