When I called to schedule my appointment, I was quoted $161.99 for a brake fluid service with a complimentary tire rotation and 10% off my bill. Once I was there, an air filter was recommended and was quoted 29.99 (my bill then shows an additional $9.99 for labor that should have been included in my quote like the brake fluid service was.) My bill ended up being $209.09. "Shop supplies" were never mentioned in my quotes. I actually had always thought you guys topped off the fluids with each paid service visit. Left the shop feeling like I got screwed out of $30 because those amounts were not told to me.

I was never updated on what was goin on with my vehicle I had an extended warranty that covers a rental and they never would give me in and had my care for an entire week almost . Very upset and will not be bringing my vehicle back ! Made me pay 2 diagnostic fees and still nothing was fixed and the third time there was something wrong but won’t give me my money back . Very upset and WILL not be returning

Thanks for remembering the running board that were scratched and not used. My truck is 9 yrs old and a little scratch on running board won’t be noticed. Thanks for the discount and fast installation.
