The problem I have with your service department is all your quotes are an “estimate” according to your staff. This is very deceiving to the customer. Both the transmission fluid change and oil change were higher than quoted. Then miscellaneous “shop supplies” charges added as well. That is not the proper way to do business. If I go to the grocery store and pick up an item for $20.00. I know it will be $20 + tax. Not additional charges. I feel sorry for elderly people that are on fixed incomes that come in for service. They may not be able to afford those “extra fees”. If I tell you the make and model of my car, your staff should be able to tell me exactly how much an oil change is for that particular vehicle. Adding the extra oil or possible more expensive filter etc. I just feel this is poor customer service and not a good practice. I’m sure I’m not the only person that has left your facility frustrated.

I was at work and my son took my vehicle there. I got texted about all that was going on. Was completely in shock with the video of my car before they started. Didn’t know they did that! It only took 40 minutes to change the oil etc. according to my son. Got the results fast about how the car is doing. Jose took care of my baby. Thank you Jose Nunez.
