The service personnel are friendly, and they respect the customer. I live closer to Napletons, but I come to Danville because they’re the best. They don’t try to sell me things I don’t need.

I always buy my run flat tires from you. This is the second time I have been charged for my complimentary tires rotation. I didn't notice the charges until I got home. Otherwise the service was good and timely.

Service was good as always. I just didn’t like paying for it. I have several other vehicles at my residence but have never had “critter” damage to any of them. This is the second Toyota that has had “critter” damage. What is in Toyotas that attracts “critters”? It is very expensive! I have been very happy with my Toyotas other than this problem. The staff is excellent!
