I paid for a tire rotation that I am not sure I received. The air pressure in my tires was different in every tire, so didn't get air in them. Not to mention they didn't even run it through the car wash while they had it.

The oil change package that I purchased when I bought the truck has been a huge blessing for me, and I’m aware that you have lost a lot of money on the deal. I’m sorry for your loss, but I’ll keep doing this every 5000 miles for the next 4 years at least.

Was able to replace my headlight in just a matter of minutes as a walk-in customer a few minutes before service dept closed for the day. Appreciate it very much. Wish you still had late evening service department time.

Your attempts to get me to buy tires by refusing to do the alignment, and then charging me to “check” alignment, just cost Danville Toyota any further maintenance/ parts sales/ and new vehicle sales. I’m well capable of any repairs I need, so I’m also aware when someone tries to up sell stuff I don’t need, like rotors. And apparently you didn’t notice the rear curbside strut was bad. I’ll replace that myself also, Napa sells parts. Thanks for saving me all that money I was going to give your dealer so I run my business instead of repairing my own car.

After my last visit I questioned if I wanted to continue to have my car serviced here however; Amanda the greeter, John in service, and the gentlemen that assisted me with a rental car, were the assurance I needed to return. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the ladies in "the office", Ross B./Sales, and whomever touches my car in "the back". I drive out of my way to have work done here and the staff is the reason why!

There were issues with me setting up my appointment. I was transferred to the service department then asked all my information by one person and they said someone will call you back shortly. Five days later I still had not received a phone call back from the service department so I ended up calling back to make appointment. I also had an appointment back in March and had trouble as well. I have been a loyal customer for many many years and I have never been this disappointed in Toyota.
