I appreciate John’s help. Since iI needed a new belt for the engine, he helped set me up with the rental department so I would have transportation for the evening. The belt was installed andi was able to pick u my car early the next day. I noticed right away that the engine sounded quieter. Thank you so much for saving mecar trouble! Toyota service department and rental departments are AWESOME!

The reception service on14 Nov was so bad. Last time when 5000kgm service was great.I think i wont go to Danville again. That two girls were lack of knowledge trainning.

As usual, great, friendly, fast, quality service. I think the cashier needs an updated, expanded area. Not friendly to check writing. The cashier....very friendly.

My car is vibrating after tire rotation. I called to tell John about this. He told me it might be because of ice. If not to call tomorrow. I will wait to see how he addresses this to have a true opinion on my visit.
