wasn't offered any perks **** as gap or anything so once I received car contract doesn't look good
My car was in the shop was 4 days. I had to contact Nissan on Monday to see if my vehicle was ready. I shouldn’t have to call to check on my vehicle because when I turned in my car on last Thursday nobody contacted on Friday-Monday. On Monday someone said that my vehicle was ready. So I came and paid for my services. When I’m about to leave I noticed on the gas pump side where they said that they painted it had scratches and other stuff on it. So today, Tuesday I had to return my car up there and get another rental to get it fixed. It was no charge for it so I’m not upset with Charlie because he did try to fix it. I’m disappointed with whomever worked on my card because they did a terrible job. I paid money for service that I didn’t receive

To start with the comunication with the service personnel with customers is zero. They never called me even though they say it or you leave a clear message. 1. They instalked a tinted window glass in my car and the director of the group, Frank, did not knew it!! 2. There were pueces of glass soread all over the back seat. 3. Im in doubt if the color of the inside side of the window is similar to the other one in the other window, im not sure about this. They kept my car 4 days for this job, which i believe were so many days. The amount charged was NOT low!!!????
He needs to take a time to explain what charges we have in the bill. I saw in the bill charges for labor for every service in the same time. But otherwise I’m satisfied with the service.

I was ignored when I got to the service area and the people who helped me were not the nicest. overall it was not good service.
Really bad service/experience during this visit. Appt time 1:45pm arrived by 1:40pm just for an oil change and asked for the free car wash ended up leaving by 4pm with no car wash due to a busy day according to the advisor more than a two hour wait with a scheduled appointment! Asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and no one was there to assist. I will be contacting the service manager this Monday. Serious unethical service!
