This particular location always forgets to put a sticker after the oil change. The representative informed to ask for a sticker after the service, but it should be standard part of the procedure for clients. I do appreciate the representative and the facility, but this is my second oil change and the second time I’ve had to go back for a sticker. The first time I had to go back again because the light for maintenance came on two days later. Is it not possible to reset that as well during the initial procedure?

Maury is by far the BEST Svc Writer I have had in ALL my 55 years of owning a car! Not only is he the most knowledgeable; what places him above all the others is his warmth, honesty and CARING attitude. Maury wasn't present to answer my questions at the time I agreed to meet him to pick up my car. Another service member had to go through the service results and relay them to me and then I asked to speak to the technician so I could ask more specific questions. Maury showed up during the last 3 minutes of my conversation with the tech, after which I left. It took about 20-30minutes for me to speak with Maury after deciding to meet up at 10am. He was called over the speaker by his coworkers 3 times and no one could tell me where he was. So the service at drop off was great. Pickup needed work. I still dont know why it took so long to speak with him that day after we had already agreed on a time.

The service was great except for waiting over 3 hours to get my car, which was promised in about an hour. I feel that a better job docile be done with estimate of time

I change the oil and the reminder wasnt reset it i had to do it. one of the tire was low on air and it says that they fill it up to 35 psi and it wasnt done so.
