I felt that as I was explaining the issues with my car I wasn’t being listened to. One of the issues was my spare key just stopped working for my car which I’m not sure why I should have to pay for it considering the car was bought from Downey Nissan and they gave me a faulty key when buying the car. When I got my paperwork for the car at the end nobody explained it to me, which I’m pretty sure they are suppose to do so I know what I’m paying for. I’ve been to Downey Nissan before with car problems and didn’t have any complaints before. But this time around I was very disappointed with my experience and it’s kind of overall ruined Nissan for me.
Herby was very patient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions.
Workmanship was good. The problem I had is on Saturday they said the car would not be ready Sunday early which was fine. I was at the Clippers game on Sunday and called at 1:00 and was told the car would be ready within the hour. Got there at 3:00 and it wasn’t ready. At 4:30 they took me to see the work they were doing on the car. At that point I was told it would be ready in an hour and a half. That was frustrating especially since I had a bbq at my house at 5:00. People I had contact at the dealership were pleasant.
Wait time was too long. I was told 2 hrs yet I waited more than 4 hrs for an Oil Change. It really leaves a bad first impression. I wasted 4 hrs for a simple oil change, I am not sure I will be coming back. Next time, keep it honest, I could’ve gone to any other place and wait 30-45 minutes for this task.

I did not receive any calls regarding my car. I had to call myself to request information. At the time of picking up my car no one informed me of the services done to my car.
