The new evolving social order sometimes seems to be all about extremes. “Completely satisfied”, sounds like a manager with a carrot in one hand and hatchet in the other. Frank did a great job taking care of me and his other customers as well. I’m not so sure the rest of Nissan is ready to raise itself to Franks standards.

Had to bring my truck back because dirty oil was dripping from all underneath the motor in the frame! Did not like the way the service writer talk to me or treated me.
