Frank was super helpful the moment I came in he made sure I was attended to. He kept me updated on my car the entire time I was at the dealership and took care of all the maintenance and repairs my car needed

I’d like to thank Chris Ayala and his boss Floyd Leach for going to bat for me. They saw the problems I was having with my 370 Z car. They made sure that my extended warranty covered the entire electric wiring ordeal. My car was in the shop for almost 3 weeks. In the end, I was glad everything was fixed and I finally got my car back. Kudos to both for their loyalty to customer first. I will be a loyal customer at Downey Nissan for life.
Was told my oil change and Ecu recall would take 2 1/2 hours. It took almost 5 hours

We were immediately assisted by Mr. Maury Toro Jr. at the service department. Polite, well mannered, and extremely helpful, Maury provided us with excellent customer service... With absolutely no interest in buying a car, a sales representative named Omar, almost had us driving away with a new car... Excellent at what his job duties are... Pushy to a certain extent, Omar did his best to the fullest to make the sale. Not once did we feel pressured or obligated. If not for this global pandemic... Omar, for sure would have had us driving away in a new car.
