I’m not properly informed by the rep on the status of my vehicle until the time I called him which is way past the time he promised. He’s slow & undependable. As if he’s not happy he has customers.
Although I had great experience today at Nissan, I was bit disappointed to hear that I needed a new battery. I purchased a battery probably about two years ago or less through Nissan at Downey. I had breaks installed, basically your average tune up at 50k miles. Apparently, my battery is still under warranty, but at depreciated price. In my honest opinion, if my battery is under warranty, I think it is unfair that I have to pay a percentage of what the battery is worth, including labor. I have been a Nissan owner for probably 15+years. And even though I will continue part maintenance at Nissan, in all fairness I should not have to pay out of my pocket $92 for a battery under warranty.
