I'm satoshi with Albertos service. I'm not satisfied overall because I waited four hours and never got my shuttle home. I was told I will be getting one and never did.

Communication was excellent - work completed was done in a timely & efficient manner. Great job!
Made an appointment and still had to wait so long. The paper work for the service that was done said everything was green but the video that was sent to me had a few recommendations that was not brought to my attention then and there. For example the video said that my break fluid looks slightly dark but on the paper work for the 5 point check says it’s green.
I appreciated that Maury kept me updated on my vehicle. He offered me a ride home and back to the dealer. He was very detailed on what my vehicle needed.
Took the car in for overheating got the car back and still overheating
Mr Maury Toro is very helpful and courteous always took concerned about my situation on the car Wich have been trouble with same issue 4 times .I give Me Toro 10 thumbs up

Herby told me it would take from 2 1/2 to 3 hours , my vehicle was done in 2 1/2 hours , Herby was very informative and very kind, I liked the way the Technicians sent me a video showing what he was doing to my car and made some recommendations on what else my car mite need, Herby was a great guy...u have nice and polite guys working there, thank u Nissan ????
