Previously when my vehicle was at Hansel for service, it was always returned to me washed and cleaned up. Maybe you don’t offer that courtesy anymore? It was a much appreciated service especially having an F450. Other than that, it’s was fine. Thank you for asking, I’ve had very good experiences with Hansel and expected things to remain the same or possibly improve. Sometimes things change and you just never know why....
