Woody is a great service technician. He’s always got a smile and provides his costumers with excellent service. The only thing I regret is that he’s not Matthew McConaughey!! Lol ????. Just kidding sort of. Go LINCOLN!!!

Service advisor was fine. The wait time was not. I was there at 815 for an oil change. Took about 2 hours to complete. I understand that we are in unprecedented times, but a heads up would had been nice.

Service manager was fine but when we got home we inspected the back up camera that was replaced and it was installed off senter and there is an 1/8" gap. Now we have to return so this can be corrected. Not happy we have to return due to lack of attention to details and poor workmanship

Woody is absolutely the best and taking care of me. Service was exemplary car was returned beautifully and I appreciate the fact that I felt safe and everything was clean at the dealership. Woody is a treasure.
