AJ did a good job on answering my questions about the repair. The only issue I had was, he was a little rushed because the counter service area was under staffed. I could tell him was stretched. I probably would have had more work done on my truck but it just seemed like it was to busy there. thanks

Hansel ford is hands down the most professional dealership that gives the best customer service that can be obtainable, Rob Hussey along with Wayne Shuster are always on top of customers needs.
This problem was found in January. So it basically took 4 months to have it fixed. Not really the service I would expect from a dealership. I was however satisfied with my service provider George. He is good at what he does and kept me informed along the way and seemed to genuinely care.

Robert did his job well. He got me in and out fast and almost honored the phone quoted cost.
I was surprised that with an appointment the service took the entire day. Was told that they were short of employees. I don't find fault with Rob,he's the best.
