Was presented with a cost sheet for a simple service of an oil change.
The first three choices were for things not necessary and the price ranged from
High two’s to well over $300! This is a one year old car with low mileage.
I feel like I was taken advantage of as the changeover from Mazda was not explained very well but when I called the Mazda number your store has all my info. I then asked finally for a simple oil change basic service and this was still well over $100! I then was told I had a nail in my tire and it would be an additional cost. Really? You can’t do that for free to a customer that might then consider your company again?! No. The service reps were nice enough but I didn’t appreciate the oversell and overcost of what was not at all needed for my 1 year old car.

Very helpful and explained everything that was being done. Also the Lift was very helpful.
Very disappointed! Called ahead of time for appointment to get a recall fixed on my truck! Had a 7:30 appointment and was waiting at the dealership. At 9:20 I went to the desk to check the status. I was told it’s ready and coming out. About 10 minutes later I was told the “kit was incomplete “ and they had to order the correct item! Since I was told this job couldn’t be done on a Saturday I had to take time off of work to get the car fixed... waited 2 hours and still not fixed! Now I have to wait even longer and take time off of work again! Ford should be responsible to make sure they have what is needed to compete a job! They should also come pick up my truck! Fix it and return it or fix it on a Saturday so I do t have to be put out again because of Fords mistake
