Made appointment got right in .the morning of appointment mr.hussey greeted me got me checked in very professional manner and had me on my way and the staff in this department were all attentive and hospitable also all where in protective gear masks and distancing. When my vehicle was ready mr.hussey text me to advise I was ready and on my arrival greeted me and made sure my vehicle was brought out right away

Rob is the best. My experience at Hansel Ford is always appreciated when Rob is helping me. He greets me by name and always ask about my health and my family. He makes it easy to ask about my service and always has an answer or gets back to me when he needs to.

My tech seemed awesome at troubleshooting. although, I never personally spoke to him. I will not see my car, until it's done getting tinted. However, Sharon's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. She offered her opinion (rather rudely) before seeking out the correct answers to my questions.

Robb provides exceptional service and went way beyond what he needed to do. My past dealings with Robb has always been of excellent high quality service and he always makes sure I am kept in the loop as to what is happening with my car. The only thing that was a honest mistake is after fixing my cars in the past; they always wash it. This time.. not Robb but the team member forgot to wash it and yet when I said shoot you didn’t wash it so that’s my only disappointment. Other than that Robb kills it at his job! Mark B

I had miserable service experiences with my Ford Focus at Hansel Ford so was very nervous about the service quality with our Lincoln. Woody has been a very pleasant surprise: honest, responsive, intelligent. All completely different from the Hansel service experience I had in 2014 and 2015. Kudos to Woody! Job well done!

Not happy with how my truck handles with steering and Jorge took the time to get me a loaner car so they could really look at my truck, thankfully nothing was found wrong but feel alittle safer thanks for Jorge for taking my concerns seriously

Woody is still Woody. Wish, as a dealership you would be more honest with YOUR“service requests”; I get an email that my vehicle is in need of a scheduled service that YOU say is needed...then, after making an appointment I get another email asking me “what I need service for”? Uhhh...you emailed me to tell me my 2019 F-150 needed service...your emails don’t even correspond to the service stickers that YOU put on my windshield. It seems it’s an automated notification system based on some algorithm that assumes...?
