OUTSTANDING SERVICE: The internet went down. Hussey called to tell me such and my ride from LIFT back Hansel was in question. Come to find out, Hussey's boss, I think, name unknown, arranged LIFT on his own personal account for me. I was not able to even shake his hand "thank you" but he should be recognized and thanked and reimbursed somehow. Happy to respond to this request!! Bob Benjamin

Problem not fixed although payment made. I understand I will have credit of that payment for the future repair. For being there two days I expected resolution. Work wasn’t even started till day 2 although I had an appointment. Woody was a good communicator and tried but I can’t say I’m satisfied with the result.
