The problem was not found.it will require a return visit someone was supposed to call me later that afternoon and arrange for a car loner and make my next appointment. It has not happened yet. AJ could not be the blame for this it would be the scheduler

You should take care whatever you accepted to do On time and also pay attention to your customer needness . For example : I ask to buy car by cash payment, but you made all paper work to be financed .
