Picking up the car and waiting for 6-7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me was not the best. Was it awful? No. Could improving result in less customers that get the perception the staff doesn't care? Yes. Please don't call me to discuss further. I am simply offering honest feedback and am not asking for anything.

Rob was terrific. The parts that were supposed to be ordered were not ordered setting the completion time back a full day. I live 25 miles away so this was quite the inconvenience . The ordering mistake was not Rob’s and he kept me informed the day and a half it took to get the tires and break pads that were needed.
