Great people and service, David Elhardt of Hansel Ford in Santa Rosa helped me get a rental car when I brought my Ford escape in for a door latch recall. It really helped me out to go and take time to look for a new job and get lunch with my kids. Thank you, little things like that are big things to do for good customers.

This location was a little tricky for me to commute to & from just because I’m not familiar with the area but the service I received was well worth it. Rob was very helpful with my repair. He and the mechanic( I think its Jerry) went the extra mile to make the repair happen. I have a 1999 f150. Some parts are discontinued. This is why we bring the vehicle here, for the experienced Ford knowledge. Thanks Rob & Jerry

Woody went the extra mile and I greatly appreciate the service I received from him and Hansel.
At first it was disappointing finding out I couldn't shut my door and I had to figure out how to get to the dealership, but Rob was professional and straight to the point. If I remember correctly the person that I talked to over the phone before Rob made it seem like the dealership would hold my car for several days if I had my door latched and engine deformation fixed. To my surprise I got my car the next day before the afternoon. Good job guys no harm done
I will never do business with a Hansel dealership again so don’t bother contacting me.

Anthony was awesome. He knew that I might be at the dealership all day, because I live an hour away...so, when he was going to lunch, he came by to ask me if I wanted anything from Taco Bell. I thought that that was very nice, and I asked if he would get me a couple of burrito supremes. He wouldn’t take my money, because he said that I was like a guest in his house. He mother always taught him to always make sure that you always have food for your guests...I was very impressed. I told him that that is why I drive an hour to Santa Rosa to have work done on my car...it is the people that work there that make the difference...Anthony, once again, reminded me of that fact. I live in Napa, California, and I buy all my cars, and have all of my services done in Santa Rosa.
