Most new cars I have bought give a car wash whenever it is brought in for any kind of maintenance or service. This was not the case with Hansel Ford, especially given that I bought the service plan. Otherwise the personnel was excellent and service was great.
Big difference in having washed cars from other dealers I have purchased from in the past though.
Woody went above and beyond his job title. He stood along side of me in not taking no for an answer. At anytime Woody could have just stepped back and wash his hands of the whole mess, but he didn’t. I would have no problem what’s so ever in recommending Hansel Ford to any of my friends.
