Had appointment for basic service at 12:30. Was there on time and was told the service could take up to 2 hours. I almost left to go to a "quick lube". It was done in 90 minutes. Just curious why an appointment has so little meaning. Do not need a response. Moving to New Mexico in 7 weeks. Can't wait to get out of California.
I had an appointment at 12:30 and sat in your waiting room for an hour and half and I found my car parked outside. No ever looked at it so I told the service guy that I wanted to leave with my car.

My service writer was great. But it seems like several times I’ve had my truck in for service it’s usually a little low on oil when I pick it up. I had to service writer make a note saying please fill it to the top mark of the dipstick. I don’t think the mechanic like that he overfilled it. When I went to pick up my truck there was a service writer having a fit toward another service writer in front of the public. And then in my opinion he made a comment to the lady that takes your payment that I thought was uncalled for. Just my opinion. I’ve been with Hansel Ford for a long time. I bought lots of trucks for the County of Sonoma through Hansel Ford.

I was told it could take up to 2 hours to do a brake job. I waited almost 3 hours with out anyone updating me. When I asked fir an update the person I was dealing with ran off and said he would be right back but didn’t return for some time then never tried to reach me to tell me what was going on. I had to once again ask fir an update.
I’m fairly sure my car was not worked on during the day of scheduled maintenance which meant I had to extend my rental car. I had asked that the low gas light be turned off and it wasn’t. I had the feeling the staff was doing the best they could, and someone called me to help process my payment so I could pick up the car on Saturday, but all in all it felt slap dash and inefficient. The keys I had ordered turned out to be the wrong keys. Do you get what I am saying? Thank you.
