My car was taken care of in the time frame promised. The waiting area is roomy and clean. They provided a ride to shopping and picked me up. Everyone was friendly and professional.

When you make an appointment you should be asked if you will be waiting for your vehicle work to be completed. I had a 9:30 AM appointment and my service began at 11AM due to a large number of people waiting for their service to be completed.

Met with agent who had eye contact with me. Offered me a ride & explained why no car wash would be done. My car was ready early afternoon as promised, which isn't always the case. I'm always nervous when going to a dealership as they seem over priced and have tended to find things to be fixed that might not be necessary.
