My vehicle needed warranty service again and for the first time I was offered no loaner vehicle or complimentary rental. It was only after trying to contact the general manager that I was offered half of the amount that I paid for a rental. Of course I accepted, as some was better than none, but it shook the golden opinion that I have long held for Hansel Ford and the Ford brand.
