Dave was great. Explanation of services, issues and recommendations were very thorough. He really went out of his way to make me feel informed.I felt like I was in good hands. Would specifically ask for him at my next visit.

Anthony Gutierrez did a good job checking me in & checking me out. My check tire pressure warning light keeps coming on but the service dept couldn’t find anything wrong. The tires were properly inflated so the light shouldn’t have come on. I don’t know what was checked. I was told if the light comes on again to stop by. The light should have been checked; I don’t know if it was.
Jorge was very helpful and efficient. Overall a great asset to the Ford team.
Rob and the entire service team at Hansel Ford are absolutely top notch, and always ready to help and explain everything clearly. My experience was fantastic as always, and I will most certainly be back in the future.
David followed the whole process from start to finish even though it was a minor detail, he was very attentive. This could have easily slipped through the cracks, but it all worked out in a timely manner.
He was nice and my car got insoected, but he never let me know what was happening at the end of the day. I'd left it in the morning and he'd told me he would text to let me know if they needed it overnight. Then we played phone tag the next morning. I think he text me back at 2pm after letting me know he was very busy and needed to have lunch first...not sure why I needed to know that. I just needed to know the pickup time. Again, he was polite, but seemed less organized and on top of things than the service I was used to getting at KIA for the last 6 years.
A J Gutierrez was great. Once we got to him we were fine. However our initial experience ways a mess. We were shuttled between service and parts. We were put on hold and disconnected. It was a mess. We needed a new taillight installed and basic service. It appeared to us that this was the first time your team had handled such a request. You need to work on your front end
I just wish I knew that the F250 that I bought in 2004 with the 6.0 L engine was going to turn out to be a peace of junk!! I bought it because I thought it was going to last me the rest of my life!
George kept us informed with all the necessary information we needed a regarding the car. We have our other car scheduled for February 9th looking forward to seeing you then!
This is the second time I have brought my car in for this issue and you tell me you can’t find the problem and I just bought the car new. I am very disappointed in the quality of Ford cars and in your mechanics and service department.

The service rep was fine. But goi g inside the door for service no one greets you, no one says we will be with you shortly etc. You just stand around not knowing if it will be 5 minutes or 50 minutes. Totally rude way to treat your customers.
