When we purchased our F150, we also purchased a “top of the line” extended warranty that “...even covers the wiper blades.” Somehow we were charged $190 for diagnostic work that did not reveal a problem common with our vehicle. Interesting... we bought a new Tacoma in 2010 and had the same service department problem with Freeman. We got rid of the Tacoma and bought a new F150. I hope we aren’t headed down the same road.
Your drop off and parking situation are a bit tight and confusing. Better signage or directions at appt time would let people know what to expect. The service advisor was very nice and polite.

While waiting for our vehicle, Drew G purchased my kids all kinds of snacks. It made a huge difference and it was so thoughtful.
Receptionist seemed bothered when I called. As well as they never called me back about scheduling appointments, even when they said they would. I felt very uncomfortable when I spoke to them it almost seemed like they were belittling me with their attitude.
The experience was great. David was friendly efficient and communicated the process well. He also checked on me to make sure I had a ride. Excellent customer service.

Rob is refreshingly professional. My car had a major problem and I had only a limited time to get it fixed. Rob was realistic and did not give false expectations, but he said he would work to get job done and he did. As a service professional myself, I appreciate it when I see professional conduct.
Was told after about two hours of waiting for headlights to be replaced that you didn’t have them. Left work early for this service and had to wait about 3 hours.
