When I mentioned that my airbag light was continually lithe told me it would be $185 just to diagnose it. I think that is absolutely ridiculous.

Always dislike taking my vehicles to the dealerships. Unfortunately, due to a recall, it was unavoidable. That being said, I was very impressed with the service I received from josh. He was on it from the very beginning. Also, the app/texting service is extremely convenient, and they even washed the exterior and it surely needed it. That also being said, I hope to never see you again. Thanks!
Josh is friendly, efficient, and timely. He checked on my car as it was being taken care of which I appreciate very much. The complimentary car wash was much appreciated as well. Awesome experience!

I made an appointment 9 days ago for a 7:30 drop Off ( on Monday )
My truck was not even looked at for 2 days it was Wednesday before any kind of diagnosis was made then parts needed to be ordered. Monday was a holiday but I was only notified at 3:30 today that my cat was ready. I understand that employees are hard to get and I was patient but it was disappointed.
