Rob did a good job in helping us with a difficult situation where we had an very unexpected Breakdown of my 2.5 Yr old Expedition while driving up for my sons wedding in Mendocino from LA area. Turned out to be a failed fuel pump. This should NOT happen in such a new car. My problem now is with FORD! They should have covered delivering the car back to me to LA after it was repaired. But Rod said they would not cover this cost, so I, at my own expense, had to fly up to Santa Rosa from LA after it was fixed to pick up the car and then spend another 7 hours (againdriving my car back home. This does not seem right when I have paid for an en extended warranty on a 65,000 dollar car. Rob was great, but FORD Is NOT backing him and me up as they should. FIX THIS! Tom K

From the friendly exchange and introduction meeting Rob Hussey to the generous ride to and from my home in Windsor, driven courteously and safely by Debbie Wallis all was seamless and satisfactory. Their knowledgable care allowed me the privilege to be proud of myself for making the right decision..An excellent experience in all manner of professionalism, courtesy, driving safety combined prompt service.Great job reflects well on your dealership.

My vehicle has been at Ford since June 17th. There has been very little done to my vehicle and it seems it is still not repaired. I have not received much communication in regards to what is being done or why it is taking so long to complete the work. Rob has just recently taken over communication for Jorge on September 4th. He indicated that he would let me know when my vehicle would be done and that Ford was close. That is the last communication I have had.
