Carol is awesome. She is always that familiar smiling face that makes me feel welcome when I arrive at the service center. She has been my service coordinator for a long time, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She always tells me what is going to be done to my car, or, what needs to be done to my car. I drive an hour to have my car serviced in Santa Rosa, and a lot of that is because Carol does such a great job of taking care of me.

I received a text saying to respond at anytime to communication with Carol! She never responded back to my inquiries! I called 3 times and she was never available! My car went in for an oil change which I have the paid extended warranty that includes oil change and new wipers! She was rude and said it wasn’t covered.. even though last time I went in for service it was covered!
Also I mentioned to her about the previous problem I had with Ford rotating my tires! I have the same problem!!!!!! My car now veers to the left and hard to drive!
Now I have to find time AGAIN! To leave work to get it fixed! I should be compensated for this horrible service and for having to come back!!!
